Alternative Healthy Desserts
All free online diet plans generally discourage people from eating dessert foods like cakes and ice cream. However, we all love desserts and it sometimes can get very difficult to avoid them. So instead of avoiding them, how about eating foods that are more health conscience. For instance, instead of ice cream eat low fat frozen yogurt. Instead of eating cakes and pies, eat low fat muffins and fruit.
